FRIED RAW MANGO AND GREEN CHILIES

Today my blog is Accordinglly with this Stormy Season on FRIED RAW MANGO AND GREEN CHILIES  which are also called Kachi kairi and also known as Amiya.

Something about Raw Mango and Green Chilis:  Raw mangoes  are not Juicy as ripe Mangoes, they are in beautiful green colour. it can be use in many recipies like curry, we can made sour and sweet aam panna with it, some of street vendors also sell them in small pieces with some spices and with some chutney(sauces) in to it and serve them to the peoples. these Raw Mangoes have Pungent smell and have richness of VITAMIN A. Many peoples do not know that GREEN CHILLIES are richer in dietry Fiber which are important for a healthy digestive system. these are also the source of vitamin C. It can also improve the skincare regime. 

So, these are the benefits abd importance of the both RAW MANGOES AND GREEN CHILLIES in our lives. 
and here is the very simple / very tasty / very spiecy / and very easy to make with easily available ingrediants at home. 

INGREDIANTS:



  • 2 Raw Mangoes / Kacchi Kairi / Amiyaa-- cut in to small pieces
  • 15 Green chillies / Hari Mirchi -- cut in to two pieces
  • pinch of hing / asafoetida
  • 1 tspn of coriander powder / dhniya powder
  • 1/2 tspn of Haldi powder / Turmeric
  • 1 tspn of fennel powder / saunf 
  • 1/2 tspn Salt
  • 2 tspn of olive oil 


METHOD:

Firstly Take a pan and add oil in to it the heat it for a minute than add all the spices in to the oil and stir them for a while. Then add Kacchi Kairi and Green chillies in to the Spices and stir them well after adding saltThen cover it for 10 minutes to absorv all the spices in to chillies and raw mangoes .



In duration of 10 minutes we have to check it and stir it in the middel of 3 minutes each. cook them till raw mangoes and green chillies become soft. after they become soft then close the flame and keep it in to cold place and serve it with chappaties...
it can be store for 1 week or more.
